Each person works differently and deserves an individualized approach to meeting their goals. During our initial session we will discuss the reason for services and what you want to achieve through therapy. I want our sessions to be a place where you feel comfortable, heard and helped without judgement. I will use methods and approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing and other psychodynamic therapies to help you to get the most out of your healing.
